 es.This talk introduces the ongoing effort of a working group created to1)
  evaluate the current use of the OOCC facilities2) gather ideas for improv
 ing the effectivity of the observing process (preparation, observations, d
 ata processing) and for suggesting the implementationof possible future in
 strumentation.
