SUMMARY:The testing probe through the nebula: large-scale and long-term str
uctures in the wind of a Wolf-Rayet star
DESCRIPTION:The testing probe through the nebula: large-scale and long-term
structures in the wind of a Wolf-Rayet star\nDr. Thomas Eversberg\n\nDuri
ng the summer of 2013, a 4-month spectroscopic campaign took place at Teid
e IAC 80 and other professional and amateur observatories to observe the v
ariabilities in the wind of the Wolf-Rayet star WR 134. The spectroscopic
data have been analyzed to better understand its wind and long-term period
icity, which can now be interpreted as arising from corotating interaction
regions (CIRs) in the wind coming from the hidden surface of the star.
