How does CanariCam + GTC compare with ISO?

Spatial resolution:

• 10.4-m against 0.60-m
• A factor of 17 better

Sensitivity:

• At least as good, probably rather better

Spectral resolution:

• ISO R=1000, CanariCam R=1500

Polarimetry and coronagraphy - "not" on ISO (polarimetry was included, but the AOTs were released too late for much data to be taken)

CanariCam is a big advance on ISO.
