Like a wichever IRAF task, these tasks can be edited with epar, e.g.:
cl> epar int_hart
Then you can edit/change the parameters of the task. Once done this, you can go out (typing :q) or run the task (typing :go). For run the task you can type its name too, e.g.:
cl> int_hart
