The SOLAIRE network targets five key areas in solar and interplanetary physics that are at the forefront of present-day solar physics research: (CP1) - Magnetic Flux Emergence from the Solar Interior to the Corona (CP2) - Magnetic Connectivity through the Atmospheric Layers and Field Extrapolation (CP5) - Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs) and Interplanetary Dynamics Research in these areas is being carried out as collaborative projects between the SOLAIRE nodes in a multi-disciplinary form. The training of the early-stage and experienced researchers appointed by the network will be done in the framework of these collaborations and within one or more of those research fields. |
