Usage |
At the command prompt, type:
molly
You might want to create a startup file with commands to
be executed each time you start molly. If so, you must define the
environment variable MOLLY_START to point to this file, for instance:
export MOLLY_START="~/molly.startup"
You can place this command in your .bash_profile file. See the
molly user
guide for details
Additional molly-related commands are pca, to compute
the principal component analysis of a set of spectra, and molcon,
which converts between molly files written under Solaris and Linux.
