Description XEmacs, aka Emacs: The Next Generation, is a "highly customizable open source text editor and application development system".
Version installed Fedora-26: 21.5.34 (comes bundled with the OS).
Usage As in Emacs, files .emacs and .Xdefaults in the home directory are used to set configuration and properties.
Upgrade Notes XEmacs comes bundled with the Operating System installation set.
