La Comisión de Asignación de Tiempos de observación (CAT) para los
TELESCOPIOS SOLARES de los Observatorios de Canarias hace pública la
convocatoria de solicitudes para observar dentro del tiempo español
en los telescopios GREGOR durante el semestre 2022A (Abril-Agosto) y THÉMIS y SST durante 2022 (Abril-Octubre). 

PLAZO PARA LA RECEPCIÓN DE LAS SOLICITUDES:
Del 2 de diciembre de 2021 a las 15h UT al 17 de enero 2022, a las 15:00h UT

La información general sobre la convocatoria, los telescopios y las
instrucciones para remitir las propuestas de observación se encuentra
en la página: https://research.iac.es/OOCC/solar-cat/ . Debido a problemas técnicos, a día de hoy, la página no está actualizada pero lo estará en uno o dos días. Si antes de eso alguien quisiera alguna plantilla de documento, por favor, que se ponga en contacto con m.j.martinez@iac.es. Se recomienda consultar la información técnica (Solar telescopes and instrumentation) para conocer la instrumentación y configuraciones ofertadas en esta campaña. OPTICON-RADIONET pilot project announced that the call for observing time at night time telescopes supported by the OPTICON_RADIONET Trans-National Access programme begins on August 03, 2021.

Lc80 is a pipeline written in Python 3.8 and based in Photutils 1.1.0 that performs automated differential photometry, to produce light-curves of
variable targets on-the-fly, in the IAC80 telescope. It can be used either simultaneously to the acquisition of the images during the observing night
or at the end of the observations, in asynchronously mode, once the log file is generated.

OPTICON announced that the call for observing time at night time telescopes supported by the OPTICON Trans-National Access programme is now open. The call will close on March 01, 2021, at 23.59UT.

A special call for STELLA proposals for the Spanish night CAT observing time in semester 2021A has been released. Deadline Friday Dec 18, 2020, 22:59 Canarian time.

Proposals for the IAC-CAT (IAC80, TCS, OGS, and IAC guaranteed time at the SARA and Las Cumbres networks and the Open University telescopes) for semester 2021A (January to June 2021) have to be be submitted before October 31, 2020, h 23:59 (local time). All details available at this webpage.
