These dates are not yet confirmed, but we estimate:

• 30 June: Application deadline for IAU travel grants
• 29 July 15 July: Call for abstracts closes
• 22 August 15 August: Registration to attend in-person at La Palma closes
• 5 September: those accepted to attend in person will be informed Due to the event venue capacity we have accepted all in person attendees.
• 1 October 17 September: Online registration closes
• 2 October: Conference starts
