Structure.

A form needs three basic lines in html:

1. head: <form action="" method="">
   • action: The path of your script.
   • method: There are two methods: get and post

2. submit buttom: <input type="submit" value="Submit">

3. tail: </form>

And then, between <form> and </form> you can put a few types of inputs.
