Usage |
First load the REDUCEME module by typing:
module load reduceme/5.0
Then you can use all the reduceme tasks.
It's best to unload the module when finished:
module unload reduceme/5.0. |

Additional Info |
Some of the
programs in the REDUCEME package require a lot of memory to run
(some hundred MBs - the most memory hungry seems to be "cleanest").
If the program can't execute (for instance the error message "Killed" is
printed), try on another machine with plenty of free memory available. |
