for a string in the IAC personnel database. Useful to find email and
phone number of IAC staff. |

| Usage |
At the command prompt, type, for example:
| tele |
# quick help on the command |
| tele carlos victor |
# look for all carlos and victor |
| tele 5262 |
# who has this phone extension? |
N.B. Search is case-insensitive; do not use accents nor ñ |
