The in-person attendance registration fee includes:
- Welcome reception
- Coffee Breaks
- Buffet lunch in the conference hotel, including water but no other drinks (Monday to Friday)
- Two organized tours, to the Observatorio del Roque de los Muchachos and to Tajogaite volcano , formed as a result of the 2021 eruption .
- Conference dinner in Las Nieves Restaurant .
The fee for the accompanying person includes:
- Welcome reception
- The conference dinner
- The two tours
