3.3. int_stat

Function: Statistical data for a list of 2D images Syntax: int_stat imagelist region outfile Parameters:

• imagelist: The file with the images names to determine the statistical parameters
• region (= ``[3:17,10:1000]''): The region of the image to do the statistics
• outfile: The output image file with the statistic data

Description: This task determines the statistical parameters (mean, stsdev, min, max) of a section of all images includes in the imageslist file. The output file shows this statistical data and the Universal Time and the name of the image. If the name of the output file already exists, the task restores the old file by its name followed by 0. So, you can compare these two files.

The name of the images list (imagelist, with a image name per line) must be preceded by the @ symbol. The syntax for defining the region is: ``[x1:x2,y1:y2]'', where x1 and x2 are the first and the end pixels in the x-axis and y1 and y2 correspond to the y-axis coordinates. This region is showed on display.
