3.9. int_spdXf

Function: Spatial shift between two images for a fiber list

Syntax: int_spdXf image1 image2 fib_file outfile

Parameters:

• image1: First image name
• image2: Second image name
• fib_file: List with the fibers numbers (one per column)
• outfile: Output file with the data

Description: This task allows us to obtain the spatial shift of a fiber list (whose numbers are indicated with fiber parameter) between two images (FLAT SPECTRAs, generally). These images (image1 and image2) has been previously traced in order to get the fiber centers (whose are saved at the database). At the output file (outfile), the spatial shifts of each one of fiber list are saved.
