Function: Spatial shift between two images for a fiber Syntax: int_spd1f image1 image2 fiber outfile outimage
Parameters:
Description: This task allows us to obtain the spatial shift of a fiber (whose number is indicated with fiber parameter) between two images (FLAT SPECTRAs, generally). These images (image1 and image2) has been previously traced in order to get the fiber centers (which are saved at the database). At the output file (outfile), the fiber spatial shift is saved. And an image (outimage) with the differences between polynomial parameters for do the spectra extraction is created too.
