- The most focussed and in-depth scientific training will be through the fellows direct supervisors during the research work, which it will be carry out at their own institution. The combination of indepth local training with the wider training from the other network activities will provide an extremely good knowledge and skills base, which will allow the researchers to follow a wide range of career paths.
- All DAGAL network nodes run comprehensive astrophysics PhD programmes, and all offer a set of graduate courses in physics and astrophysics, which are a requirement for the PhD. All researchers will be offered to participate in these courses.
- Besides the Complementary Skills training, every host runs their own in-house programme in which the network ESRs (PhDs students) and ERs (postdocs) will take part.
