Sara Esteban Pozuelo finished her PhD thesis at the Instituto de Astrofísica de Andalucía in 2015. During her PhD thesis, she studied the small-scale gas motions existing in sunspots penumbrae in the photosphere using high spatial resolution spectropolarimetric data acquired with the CRISP instrument at the Swedish 1 m Solar Telescope. From 2016 till 2018, she worked as a post-doctoral fellow at the Institute for Solar Physics in the Department of Astronomy of the Stockholm University. There, she learned new analysis and observational techniques, and continued her investigations in the chromosphere of sunspots, specifically on the physical models of penumbral microjets. Since February 2019, she is a POLMAG postdoctoral fellow. Her main activity is the performance and analysis of spectropolarimetric observations in order to study the magnetic fields of chromospheric and coronal structures, as well as their coupling with the underlying photosphere. Therefore, Sara is contributing to the development of WP-5.
