Registration Instructions
To register for the APN4 you have to fill in the On-line Registration Form. Once registered, you can log in your personal account and add/modify talks or posters abstracts and modify all your personal data at any moment (until deadline).
Registration Fee
The total number of participants will be limited to a maximum of 150, because of the size of the conference room. If necessary, the SOC will select the participants, giving preference to those who registered early.
The registration fee has been fixed to 150 €, payable in cash upon arrival at the conference (no credit card accepted). It will cover the welcome coktail, the conference dinner, coffee breaks, and the excursions on Wednesday June 20 and Saturday June 23. A receipt for your registration fee will be given to you during the conference.
Financial help
We are applying to various funding agencies. If these applications are successful, financial help might be available for applicants who are short of funding, especially if young researchers and/or coming from less favoured regions.
